Rates and Mileage
We charge $3.00 a mile with $50.00 minimum. Mileage is only charged on the trip to your location from ours and if we are required to make extra trips to obtain parts for repairs that are not stocked on the truck.
All service calls are a one hour minimum meaning that the minimum charge to come to your location including mileage will be no less than $200.00
Shop rate is $150.00 an hour. That is not to be confused with flat rates for specific jobs. Flat rate is based on Spader Flat Rate Manual which is a baseline average for specific jobs in the industry. Your specific repair may be more or less than the suggested flat rate depending on how your unit was built by the manufacturer.
